The 2nd, 4th, and 6th tasks are the collection tasks and have a rate. More information on rate, how to calculate the time you need for an event, tips, and tricks, can be found in the rate post. Halloween is the second of 3 special holiday theme events that runs some years (they skip some years) over Halloween. It is easier than regular theme events and gives higher red coupon rewards.
Halloween starts with collecting pig feed for lower levels and goat feed for higher levels. Loading your mills early in the morning (Europe) or overnight (North America) can give you a great start. The 2nd task is collecting jack-o-lanterns around your farm. Many players confuse these with the pumpkin crop during the seasonal event that runs at the same time. These are collected from every building on your farm. The 4th task is sticks and the 6th task is candy. Both of these tasks benefit from delaying harvesting your farm until you start the task. Temping or super fertilizer may allow you to do the 3rd task, apples, instantly. The 5th task is collecting eggs, which goes by quickly if you temp.
