This upgrade increases the amount of co-op points you receive for a project. This is the only upgrade in the village that needs to be activated (10,000 Co-op funds per 24 hours) to apply the bonus. Any project that FINISHES while the tractor is running will receive the bonus points. The bonus points only apply to the base amount for a project and not the daily bonus.
This is the second bread and butter upgrade, especially for competitive co-ops. It is the only way to increase the points you get for a project. However, it costs funds to run and should only be used when there is a reason to run it. A level 40+ co-op running it during player tournament week is a complete waste of funds.
