This upgrade increases the amount of time you have to complete a project. This upgrade applies to the START of a project, so if you think you will run out of time, you can't buy this to extend the time. The increase will take effect on the next project.

Value

This is another tough one to evaluate, and it's value is completely dependent on how the co-op operates. On one hand, if you can't finish a project in the given time, you should be doing smaller projects. On the other hand, if your team isn't available (like working through the day), having extra time for a larger project may be a benefit. The ability to do a level 4 dairy instead of a level 2 and 3 will give you 40% more points and is a much better return on investment than collection or points bonus. The other tactic that makes it valuable is more time if you do a large overnight project to enter tournaments, like collecting wheat twice from more time zones. The key here is to have a clear reason to upgrade it, and not to upgrade it just because it is the cheapest upgrade.
